NATIONAL FIELD SALES MANAGER
We're looking for someone special to step into a critical role, someone who believes leadership is best served with sleeves rolled up and boots on the ground. You’ll be the bridge between our amazing teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication across the board. Expect to be onsite at least twice a month to support our people, with a hands-on approach. This role doesn’t sit in an office all day; it’s where strategy meets execution.
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic National Field Sales Manager to take the reins and drive our national sales team to new heights. You’ll be in charge of boosting performance, managing compliance across regions, and using strategy to make sure everything is running smoothly. If you’ve got a background in restricted categories like vape or tobacco, this could be the perfect role for you. Think of yourself as the person who ensures everything is compliant, efficient, and successful - and you’re not afraid to get into the weeds to make it happen.
