As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent Monogram across select partner channels, forging enduring relationships with discerning clients, esteemed designers, and high-end customers. Responsibilities:
· Daily meetings with retailers and designer partners, building a repour and referral base
· Deliver in-depth product knowledge and bespoke sales training, elevating performance and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
· Stay ahead of the competition by gathering key market insights and reporting on emerging trends, ensuring Monogram’s continued leadership in luxury.
· Resolve any issues that could affect brand integrity and presence in the market.
· Assist in the strategic planning and flawless execution of high-profile events and trade activities, ensuring every detail reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
· Gifted communicator; charismatic relationship builder
· 3-5 years of luxury sales experience or sales management experience is essential!
· Entrepreneurial mindset and spirit with a drive to exceed sales goals
· Bilingual in English and French
· A valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle daily.
· Ability to travel within the market daily.
