Brand Ambassador - Fresh Prep

BRAND AMBASSADOR

We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our Brand Ambassador team. If you love connecting with people, enjoy being out in the field, and want to represent a product that helps Canadians save time and eat well, this role is for you.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our meal subscription service, supporting high-traffic activations at Toronto’s Union Station. You’ll help educate and inspire new customers while driving real results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage directly with potential customers to educate them on our service, how it works, the value, and why it’s worth trying
• Achieve new customer sign-ups in line with performance goals and KPIs
• Guide customers through the sign-up process using a tablet
• Support with event setup and teardown
• Provide feedback from the field to improve campaigns and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, events, brand promotions, customer service, or similar roles is a strong asset
• Comfort using technology like tablets or mobile apps for sign-ups and reporting
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and engage with people for extended periods
• Candidates seeking part-time employment
