We’re hiring outgoing, entrepreneurial Brand Experts to join a high-performance field team bringing smoke-free alternatives to adult smokers. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love real-world conversations, and can sell (almost) anything with integrity, you’ll love this role.

 

Opportunity

This is a two-month contract with strong potential to transition into a permanent, annualized role. The campaign’s growth trajectory is significant, offering both long-term stability and excellent opportunities for career advancement.

 

Why this role matters

You’ll be on the frontline educating adult consumers about better, smoke-free choices. Every conversation you lead helps shift adult smokers toward alternatives with responsibility, compliance, and with real impact. Your energy, confidence, and consistency directly drive conversions and campaign success.

 

What you’ll do

· Engage and educate adult smokers in-person at key retail locations and convenience stores.

· Own the conversation: qualify, demo, and confidently handle objections to convert interest into sales.

· Deliver a standout experience; warm, professional, and compliant every time.

· Execute field operations: set up/tear down displays, maintain tidy branded areas, restock materials.

· Report like a pro; submit accurate, on-time results (traffic, interactions, and product evaluations), upload photos/videos, and share live feedback.

· Train and improve continuously which includes attending ongoing (paid) training courses, coaching, weekly regional meetings, and audits to stay sharp on product knowledge, sales skills, and safety protocols.

· Collaborate with your colleagues and leadership team by sharing tips, wins, and content in team chats to help everyone level up.

 

What we’re looking for

· Unapologetically outgoing individuals who are comfortable approaching anyone and keeping conversations flowing.

· Proven seller with at least two years of customer service experience.

· Entrepreneurial drive which translates to being resourceful, proactive, accountable.

· Operational discipline; punctual, reliable, and meticulous with reporting and compliance.

· Integrity and compliance are critical to our joint success; we need individuals who can deliver strong sales while strictly following ID verification and regulatory requirements.

 

Must-haves

· Proven experience in direct, in-person, one-to-one sales.

· Comfortable initiating conversations with adult smokers and providing product education.

· Available for full-day training and ongoing shifts, including weekends or evenings.

· Reliable transportation to travel to various store or event locations across the city.

· Comfortable using mobile apps to report shift activities, sales, and check-ins.

· Previous experience capturing and submitting data such as photos, receipts, or consumer feedback?

· Clear background check (completed during onboarding).

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry 25–50 lbs.

 

What you’ll get

· $27/hour, health stipend , and performance bonus.

· 25–30 hours per week on average (with potential to increase based on campaign needs and success).
