Airport Team Lead

People Agency is looking for an outgoing, organized, people-first Team Lead to support airport activations inside a leading Canadian airport during FIFA, as well as community events throughout the year.

This role is a great fit for someone who loves working with people, can bring good energy to a team, and is looking for a flexible opportunity with room to grow. We hire for attitude first. You are:

• A natural communicator
• Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Excited to coach, motivate, and support a team
• Comfortable working in busy, public environments
• Confident using email, internet tools, and basic reporting
• Bonus: comfortable capturing photos or content

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Brand Ambassadors on-site
• Represent the airport brand with professionalism and personality
• Keep the team motivated and focused on program goals
• Manage breaks, inventory, assets, and activation flow
• Oversee set-up, tear-down, troubleshooting, and footprint maintenance
• Communicate with the PPL account team and client when required
• Complete post-shift reporting
• Support community events and special activations throughout the year
